Acceptance of Terms

Note for Bangladesh Players: These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. r2bet targets Bangladesh players specifically and all references to currency, payment methods, and support availability reflect services designed for the Bangladesh market.
r2bet may offer the platform in multiple languages for convenience; however, in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall always prevail. r2bet makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any translation.
These Terms apply to all users of the r2bet platform regardless of the device used to access it — desktop browsers, mobile browsers on Android or iOS devices, or any other internet-enabled device. No separate native application is currently distributed by r2bet; all platform access is via web browser and these Terms govern that access in full.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
r2bet is an 18+ platform. Access to, and use of, r2bet services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction applies without exception to all account types, all game categories, all betting markets, and all promotional offers.
Age Verification is Mandatory: r2bet actively verifies the age of all players. Submission of false age information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
To be eligible to open and maintain an r2bet account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended r2bet account under any name or identity.

- You have not been self-excluded from r2bet or placed on any exclusion register that covers the r2bet platform.
- You are of sound mind and are not using r2bet under duress or impairment.
r2bet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by r2bet's compliance team will result in account suspension pending verification and may result in permanent account closure if documentation is not provided.
r2bet takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any person who knowingly facilitates access to r2bet by a person under the age of 18 — including by sharing account credentials — is in breach of these Terms. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of r2bet services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing financial transactions — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires accurate, truthful, and complete information.
During the registration process, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid and active email address; your date of birth; your country of residence (Bangladesh); and your preferred currency (BDT). You may also be asked to provide your mobile number for two-factor authentication purposes.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one r2bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment method details — is strictly prohibited. r2bet employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r2bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. r2bet strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other website or service. You must notify r2bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. r2bet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs through no fault of the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although r2bet reserves the right to apply transaction limits where required by compliance procedures. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your r2bet balance within seconds of the mobile transaction completing.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified account holders. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Section 3. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible — this is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived. No Platform Fees: r2bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladesh mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside r2bet's control.
- All funds deposited to r2bet must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- r2bet reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending additional verification checks.
- Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
- Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit via your payment provider while your r2bet account remains active constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- r2bet does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities where this would constitute gambling on credit under applicable guidelines.
- Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions processed outside BDT — r2bet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: r2bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform applies transaction monitoring in compliance with international AML best practices. r2bet may request documentation to establish the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure with balances retained pending investigation.
Section 5
Bonus and Promotions
r2bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bets placed using bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real-money funds. - r2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with immediate effect.
- r2bet may decline to award a bonus to any player whose account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin hedging strategies or coordination with other players.
- Bonuses awarded in error — including technical errors that result in incorrect bonus amounts — may be reclaimed by r2bet at any time.
- Promotional eligibility may be restricted based on deposit method, geographic region, or account status at r2bet's discretion.
Bonus Abuse Policy: r2bet takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics through systematic or coordinated play will result in all bonus balances being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension. r2bet's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

User Obligations and Conduct
As an r2bet account holder, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player and violation of any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree that you will not use the r2bet platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to r2bet, its staff, its systems, or other players. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the r2bet platform, including the account of any other player, the platform's administrative back-end, or any server or database operated by r2bet or its technology partners.
- You will not use any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the r2bet platform in place of manual human play.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- You will not exploit any software bug, glitch, or error to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reclamation.
- You will not use the r2bet platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or circumvent any applicable financial regulation.
- You will not engage in any conduct that threatens, harasses, abuses, or intimidates r2bet staff or other users.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying structure of any r2bet platform component.
- You will not place bets on behalf of any third party, act as an agent for a betting syndicate, or participate in any scheme that uses the r2bet platform as a vehicle for commercial gambling operations not authorised by r2bet.
- You accept that all bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by you after placement.
r2bet reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any game round, or reverse any transaction that r2bet reasonably believes to have involved a violation of these conduct obligations, regardless of whether the violation was intentional. r2bet's determination on matters of user conduct is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, graphics, text, data, and other materials published on or forming part of the r2bet platform are the intellectual property of r2bet or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
The r2bet name, logo, domain name (r2bet.bio), and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of the r2bet operator. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any r2bet brand element without the prior written consent of r2bet. Unauthorised use of r2bet's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Casino game content — including game graphics, audio, animations, and game logic — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is licensed by r2bet for use on the platform. Section 8
Account Closure and Suspension
r2bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has been identified, where fraud or AML concerns arise, or where required by applicable law or compliance obligations.
Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your r2bet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of active bonuses that do not meet withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Accounts under active investigation may be subject to a hold on the balance pending resolution.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion should specify this when contacting support. Self-exclusion closures are treated with the highest priority and will be processed immediately upon request. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the expiry of the exclusion period, regardless of the reason stated by the player. Mandatory Suspension: r2bet will suspend an account without prior notice where it identifies or reasonably suspects: submission of false or fraudulent identity information; use of multiple accounts; bonus abuse; collusion or cheating; unauthorised use of payment methods; money laundering activity; or any other material breach of these Terms. A suspended account will have all withdrawal activity paused pending investigation. r2bet will communicate the outcome of its investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
- r2bet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where the suspension is caused by the player's breach of these Terms.
- Where an account is closed following confirmed fraud or serious Terms violation, all balances — including any real-money deposits not yet wagered — may be forfeited at r2bet's discretion and subject to the outcome of any applicable investigation.
- Disputes regarding account closure or suspension decisions should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. r2bet will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.
- Any attempt to circumvent a suspension by registering a new account will result in the new account also being permanently closed.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r2bet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their r2bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. r2bet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by r2bet's own negligence.
